The conference registration fee for presenters is €110 <presenters>/€65 <Student Presenters> for early bird registration until 31 January 2017.
The registration fee after 31 January 2017 will be €125 for presenters and €80 student presenter.

The conference registration fee for non-presenters is €55 for early bird registration until 20 February 2017 and will be €70 after 20 February 2017.

The conference registration fee covers:
Attendance at the conference 30 March-1 April 2017 <access to all sessions>
WordSmith Tools Training <except for non-presenters>
Welcome pack and Welcome reception/cocktail
Tea / coffee breaks during the conference
Certificate of attendance and presentation

NOTE: WordSmith Tool session had been on our programme until the last version was sent out. There has been a very recent issue and we could not find a way with Mike Scott and we had to drop it. We are quite sorry about it as it was also one of the many great opportunities that MAG2017 would offer to our participants. It was purely his and our agenda that came up at the last minute..

CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY

Should you wish to cancel your registration, please email mag2017@metadiscourseacrossgenres.com  or erdemakbas@erciyes.edu.tr

Conference participants cancelling their registration on or before 31 January 2017 will receive a full refund. If cancelling between 1 and 28 February 2017, conference participants are entitled to 50% refund. The committee will refund fees as soon as possible and no later than one month after the conference has concluded. The refund will be made back to the card used for initial payment. Requests for refunds received after 1 March 2017 will not be eligible for a refund.
